Former President John Dramani Mahama has indicated that National Democratic Congress (NDC) members will not be complacent in order to be shortchanged during the collation of 2024 election results.
As a result, he has urged party members to be vigilant during the general elections in 2024 to avoid rigging by the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Mr. Mahama promised that the NDC would play a fair game in the elections and that the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) would follow the rules and not try to rig the polls.
“We want a free and fair elections come 2024 because I know that if the election is free and fair today NDC will win that elections” Former President Dramani Mahama is optimistic.
Addressing to party members at Awutu Senya East Constituency as part of his Central Region campaign trip, he stated that the NDC is ready to engage with all stakeholders in the polls, including Electoral Commissions and everyone involved in the 2024 elections.
He stated that God has opened doors for the NDC in the 2024 general elections, and that the party will undoubtedly win.
“We are all going to involve in coalition and not to leave the coalition centres to executives alone. We should all involves in the 7th December 2024 coalition. We are not going g to sleep but we are going to sit at the coalition centre until they finished with the both parliamentary and presidential Coalition” he urged
