The date for the reopening of school for all public schools in the country has finally been scheduled.
Honourable Reverend Ntim Fordjour, the Deputy Minister for Education has announced the date for our public schools to reopen.
The Deputy Minister has revealed public schools are to go back to school on Tuesday, 18th January 2022.
He also revealed that an academic calendar for the next 3 years have been designed by a committee he chaired consisting of headmasters and teachers.
Initially, public schools were supposed to reopen on Tuesday, 11th January 2022 but because of the maiden edition of the national standardized test for all primary four students in the government schools, the date was extended.
